Insurance

We work with most medical insurance companies including Medicare.

Prior to the onset of treatment, we will obtain any required pre-authorizations and ensure you are aware of any financial obligations.  

Payment Options

We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover.  There is a 2.5% service fee for all credit card transactions.

We accept cash and check.  Checks can be made out to: Total Health Sleep Solutions, Inc.
